How Do I know that the Order is Confirmed ?

You will get and Email/SMS on Order Confirmation.Please contact us at Sales@thewritestuff.co.in or 8810482158 in case you don't.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We generally ship all order between 4-5 working days.Actual delivery time will vary based on delivery location.

We ship out all our Order from Gurgaon ( Haryana )

Tracking numbers will be sent via SMS within 24-36 Hours after your order has been SHIPPED.

Can I get a Same Day/Express Delivery ?

Yes Same Day / Express Delivery Is applicable only for DELHI / NCR ( Delhi/ Gurgaon/Noida/Greater Noida / Faridabad )

Delivery charges will be shared with you depending on the Location , Please contact us on 8810482158 to opt for Same Day Delivery.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

In case of unsatisfactory product quality ,the customer can have the product replaced/refunded. However, the customer will have to self-ship the product and all the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.Only Product cost will be entitled for refund i.e shipping charges are non refundable.Please Include/mention all details name, order number & phone number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact us via Email or Phone to find a resolution.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at sales@thewritestuff.co.in. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How Do I Place Bulk Orders ?

How do I make a Special Request for my order ?

Special Requests Like Gift Wrapping / Adding a Message Card.

You may send us an email or whats app with your order number and your request shall be taken care of.
